For more than a decade, Maui Police Department and Maui Fire Department have joined forces with Pacific Cancer Foundation to support local families facing cancer. Entering its 11th year, Battle of the Badges builds on the legacy of the Go Pink Campaign while introducing an exciting new identity that celebrates friendly competition, community pride, and hope.
More Than a Game
Battle of the Badges kicks off with a Police vs. Fire softball game on August 29, but the competition is only beginning.
Throughout September and Go Pink Awareness Month, first responders, local businesses, and community members rally together through fundraising, campaign apparel, sponsorships, and community engagement to help ensure no one in Maui County faces cancer alone.
Every dollar raised supports Pacific Cancer Foundation's free programs and services for local families facing cancer.
